Q: What is the minimum order quantity for custom kites?
A:The minimum order quantity is 200pcs.
Q: How do you ship my orders?

Retail:usually the kites will be shipped by EMS.
Distribution and OEM:We will choose the best shipping method for you according to your order,We have the best discount from different express companies,if you need we also have excellent freight forwarders to help you with sea tranportation.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most retail orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in China. Transit time varies by carrier, but you should receive your order within 5-10 business days of when your order was placed.
Q: What is your terms of payment for wholesale and OEM?
A: T/T,Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>1000USD, 30% deposit ,balance before shippment. We will send you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
